I am looking forward to spending the year with your child, and hope that you and I can work together to make sure that we have a successful year in science! Please take a moment to fill it out so that I can get to know you and your child better, and we can take our first step toward a successful year together.
You are welcome to fill in the digital form, or send a paper copy to school for me! I have included a link to download the paper form, and will also be sending them home with students on the first day of school.
